Construction, supply, and assembly of two reactors with 22cv agitation and thermal oil jacket.

In the expansion of the two reactors, both the access structure and the thermal oil jacketed product installation were extended, including a recirculation tank for heating the oil and the insulation of the reactors and pipes.

Expansion of a spice plant in which mixers and raw material storage tanks were installed.

The plant consists of two V-shaped mixers, unloading of sacks and big-bags, a raw material collection area, and pneumatic conveying to the packaging area.

New plant for cooking, sterilising, and packaging of cooked onions and peppers.

The plant consists of 4 heated 2T reactors and an agitation system with anchors and scrapers. It includes a sterilisation plant with a capacity of 6T/hour and a CIP system for the entire installation.

In this industrial project, the automation of all elements required for the manufacture of the final product was designed.

All reactors with load cells were installed in an automaton. All raw materials were installed in stainless steel piping from tanks to reactors with automatic valves and directed from the automaton to the load cell.

Design and assembly of turnkey cosmetics production plant to produce 15T/h of finished product.

The plant consists of two 20T and two 10T reactors with all raw materials automatically conveyed to the reactors themselves. Once the product is manufactured, it is stored in a 350 m3 warehouse. From the warehouse it is pumped to the packaging lines and 5 PICS were quickly installed from the line to the packaging machines.

Assembly of cocoa roaster in which the pipes, structure, mechanical conveying of solids, and installation of the required auxiliary services were carried out.

In this project, two structures were designed and manufactured to support fabric silos of 20,000 kg each, with a stainless-steel vibrating bottom and using blowers to solids conveying product to the weighing hoppers, which in turn dose the machine.

The entire electrical and programming schematic that controls the amount of product conveyed within the installation was also designed.

GMdix Process Engineering carried out the calculation, design, and assembly of all necessary elements for the expansion of the existing locust bean gum conveying facility.

In this plant, from the new cyclone separators with venturi scrubbers, all the jacketed pipes for proper conveying of the product, to the large filter to extract air from the installation were manufactured.

Turnkey industrial project for a new starch dryer in a food plant.

The project was divided into three phases:

• Reception and management of all merchandise from different parts of Europe, accounting for a total of 38 trucks.
• Assembly of all elements received, and the connections therebetween, as well as the supply and reception of raw materials and finished products through pipes manufactured by GMdix.
• Movement of existing turbine within 24 hours to minimise the client’s production stoppage.

GMdix Process Engineering supervised the design, assembly, and integration of all the necessary elements for the commissioning of a new plant for conveying highly abrasive solid materials for mixing and pressing.

This aggregates plant is comprised of silos that contained the raw material, which was conveyed to 8 different mixers and subsequently pressed.
